The extract of Rhodiola rosea, in the dosage of 250 mg, is particularly active on the transport of tryptophan and 5-hydroxy-tryptophan (5-HTP) to the brain, with an inhibitory effect on Monoamine oxidase system (MAO-COMT), resulting in an increase of approximately 30% of the cerebral serotonin.<\/p>\n

The effects of Rhodiola rosea, a functional dose (500 mg \/ day), are as follows:<\/p>\n
