Also known as Sea Oak, it grows in the Atlantic ocean and is rich in minerals and, in particular, iodine. Other useful substances contained are brown algae, algine, vitamins, bitter substances. Iodine has an important rule by stimulating the thyroid and the general metabolism. The Kelp is also a mineral support, helping to promote osmotic exchanges and metabolism waste elimination.<\/p>\n

It grows in alpine regions. It contains tannins, resins and mucilage, with diuretic, astringent and anti-inflammatory actions.<\/p>\n
